The
Rolmate™ 4-bolt Slip-on Flange System
Rolmate™ is flanging system where
an assembled frame “slip-on” and fastened
to the duct side walls and the sections then connected
to each other by 4 bolts one at each corner.
The Rolmate flanging system (flanges, corners and gaskets)
are designed and manufactured in different and thicknesses
to meet a leakage class of 6 and rigidity classes 'E',
'H' and 'J' as specified by SMACNA.
Each of these systems have been independently tested
and certified by reputed 3rd party testing services
for conformance with SMACNA / DW-143 for leakage resistance
and rigidity.
