The Seventh Bry-Air Awards for Excellence in HVAC&R function was held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bangalore coinciding with Acrex 2012. The Bry-Air Awards function has become an annual event for the HVAC&R industry and the whole industry looks forward to it.

The function was graced by many stalwarts from international as well Indian HVAC&R industry like Mr. Ronald Jarnagin, President ASHRAE, Mr. Michael Schmidt, President, Federation of Eueopean Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning Associations (REHVA), Ms. Maija Virta: CEO, Finland Green Building Council.

Instituted in 2006, Bry-Air awards are held annually to reward and recognize outstanding contributions and technological breakthroughs undertaken by corporates and students in rapidly expanding HVAC&R field.The awards have become a cornerstone for recognition for the Indian HVAC&R Engineer

The criteria of adjudging winners included level of Innovation, Energy efficiency & Environment friendliness of the project. The Bry-Air Awards are presented to individuals, corporate or students who have made an outstanding contribution in the following categories:
