VLT® HVAC Drive, FC102 is a dedicated variable frequency drive for HVAC applications. This is the most advanced product in the world, for energy savings in HVAC/R applications by modulating the speed realtime with respect to the actual air conditioning load of the conditioned area. • Controls for air handling units (chilled water valve, hot water valve, fresh air dampers) in built. Eliminates AHU panel and its DDC controller in comfort applications.

• The only VFD in the world, with inbuilt disconnect switch and IP55 protection. Eliminates need of panel for AHUs, pumps, etc.

• Daily, weekly and monthly logging of energy consumption. The only drive which has this feature inbuilt.

• The automatic energy optimization feature in the drive, saves up-to 10% energy even when the motor is working at full speed (ie. Even at full air-conditioning load).

• Logging of energy gives the customer facility to review his energy consumption daily / weekly / monthly, thereby facilitating him to take remedial measures to lower his energy consumption.

• Integrating the drive to the AHU improves the system efficiency by improving the motor efficiency. Tangible benefits are a minimum 7% efficiency increase even at full speed. At lower speeds, this drive maintains the power factor of the motor constant, whereby maintaining the same efficiency of the motor at all speeds.
