Campus for Patni Computers at Noida is spread over 5 acres with constructed area of 3,30,000 sqft. (including Basement) and has been awarded coveted Platinum rating by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). This Campus embodies sustainable design practices by careful planning, optimized use of on-site sources, efficient HVAC equipment selection, employment of good energy & water management practices, use of eco-friendly & efficient building materials, ideal construction practices and also provides highest level of Indoor Environment Quality. As a result, this building is now rated amongst most energy efficient building in India which is primarily the result of low air-conditioning load.

Spectral team was actively involved from the day one to guide the project members for implementing optimally designed passive (architectural) and active (mechanical/electrical) strategies to minimize air conditioning load and consequently lower annual energy consumption.

The building has state of the art AC system; consisting of following:

3 No. 400 TR water cooled screw chilling machines (including one standby) with COP of 6.15 as per ARI Conditions.

3 No. 12.5 HP primary chilled water pumps including one standby.

2 No. 7.5 HP secondary chilled water pumps including standby.
- 3 No. 480 TR cooling towers including one standby.
- 3 No. 30 HP condenser water pumps including one standby.
- 26 No. Air Handling Units.
